Red Radish Color

Product Description

Red Radish is a color obtained from the roots of red radish. Its principal component is anthocyanin. It exhibits a reddish-orange to red shade at acidic pH.

Characteristic

  • Dark red powder, soluble in water, aqueous ethanol, insoluble in inorganic solvents
  • Relatively stable to heat and light at mild acidic pH compared to other anthocyanins.
  • PH <7, aqueous solution is red and stable, when PH >7,turn to blue and unstable.
