Product Description
Beet Red is a red color obtained from the root of chenopodiaceae red beet. Its principal components are betanine and betacyanin.
Characteristic
Red-purple or dark red powde, soluble in water, insoluble in anhydrous ethanol
It exhibits a bright red shade at neutral pH and stable to pH variation(PH3.0~7.0)
Good staining but poor heat resistance.
