Grape Skin Extract is a color obtained from grape skins. Its principal component is anthocyanin.

Characteristic

• Red purple powder, soluble in water, ethanol, propylene glycol, insoluble in oil

• Relatively stable to light and heat in acidic conditions

• It exhibits a red to reddish- purple shade at acidic pH.
